When submitting assignments, participating in discussions, or creating any content on our platform, you must:

  • Refrain from sharing course materials or proprietary information publicly

2. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

3. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet service failures, or other force majeure events.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

2. Jurisdiction

Upon termination of your account or course enrollment, you must cease all use of our services and course materials. Any licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately terminate.
